What is turf pigment?

Turf pigment is often a term used interchangeably with turf paint or turf colorant. Turf pigment is one of the main components within turf paint —it’s the component that gives turf paint its color.

Does Endurant turf pigment fade to blue?

Endurant does not fade to blue. Endurant’s turf pigment is unique in that the pigments are formulated to fade evenly. All turf pigments are made with combinations of blue and yellow pigments to make green. Many brands use a lower quality yellow pigment along with a blue pigment. The lower quality pigment becomes evident as the yellow pigment fades more quickly, leaving an unnatural blue-ish color on the turfgrass. Endurant does not fade to blue. Endurant maintains its natural green color.
